Payment of tuition fees for Economics Tuition Centre is required prior to the start of each month. The student’s seat in the class will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment, and the Centre may refuse entry to students who have not paid their fees.
All tuition fees paid for Economics Tuition Centre classes are non-refundable.
A one-time annual fee of $120 for materials is required for new students who join the Economics Tuition Centre at any time during the academic year. This fee covers the basic materials for all chapters and will be distributed according to the Centre’s schedule. The Centre will not distribute materials in advance.
In the event of an absence, students are required to arrange to attend a different class within the same academic week at Economics Tuition Centre.
If a student cannot arrange a replacement class at Economics Tuition Centre, they may request a recorded video lesson.
The Economics Tuition Centre reserves the right to prevent any student who is exhibiting or suspected to exhibit certain symptoms (fever, contagious disease, sneezing or coughing profusely) from attending class.
While the Economics Tuition Centre will make every effort to ensure student safety, it accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage that may occur while providing its services.
The Economics Tuition Centre is not responsible for any lost personal belongings in the premises.
The Economics Tuition Centre reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any student who displays disruptive, aggressive, abusive or otherwise inappropriate behaviour that endangers other students or the teaching and learning environment. If such behaviour continues, the Centre may dismiss the student from the Centre without refund.
Classes that fall on a public holiday will be rescheduled to another date and time, with notification to parents and students at least two weeks in advance.
The Economics Tuition Centre may use any photos, sounds and videos recorded inside the Centre in its advertising and media platforms.
All learning materials, including notes, worksheets, case studies, etc., are copyrighted and for personal use only. Students are not permitted to sell or redistribute them in any way. Voice and video recording during lessons are strictly prohibited, and legal action will be taken against students who violate this policy.
The Economics Tuition Centre reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and will notify parents/guardians of any changes.
Students with financial difficulties can email [email protected] with more information. We can consider a waiver of the tuition fees for students under the MOE’s financial assistance scheme. Terms and conditions apply.
As this is a group Economics tuition, the fees will be payable regardless of attendance. There will not be any refund of tuition fees if students miss lessons at Economics Tuition Centre.
